September 30, 2006 A Dog Behavior Seminar with Dog Behavior Expert Cesar Millan We have recently attended a Cesar Millan seminar in Staten Island, NY. The response was overwhelming. We have met people there who have traveled from as far as state of Florida to see Cesar in person. The seminar was very informative and helpful in many ways.
